  • Hotel je v centru, takže je pod okny dost rušno i ve večerních hodinách. Plus k tomu hodiny které odbíjejí každou čtvrt..

  • Retro vybavení, příjemný personál, umístění v historickém centru.

  • Nedostatečné informace o příjezdu. Nedostali jsme informaci, že auto při příjezdu nutno nechat cca 800 m od penzionu a dojít se zavazadly pěšky. Pěší zóna.

  • Autentická atmosféra ve stylovém domě s 500 letou historií v samém centru města. Pokoj měl svého ducha. Jel bych znovu.

  • I stoletý rám postele by snesl komfornější matraci, ta naše byla proleželá. V pokoji chyběly závěsy. Vedle okna byla ostře svítící pouliční lucerna, která svítila do pokoje celou noc. Částečným řešením bylo přehození prostěradla z nevyužité postele přes garnyž.

  • Vstřícnost a ochota personálu, výborná kuchyně, dobré ceny ve srovnání s jinými podniky, dobré pití, historické, starobylé, ale romantické prostředí, kde historie vyzařující z každého stavebního prvku plně nahrazuje méně komfortu (TV, lednice, minibar, sušák na vlasy atd.)

  • Déle neutíraný prach na skříni v pokoji, v koupelně chyběla tuhá, neklouzavá podložka pod nohy při vystoupení ze sprchy na kluzkou podlahu. Malý ručník, který jsme použili, nebyl pro tento účel zcela vhodný, shrnoval se. Od objednávky po realizaci se zdražilo denní parkovné ze 100 na 150 Kč/den, což ale asi nebyla záležitost hotelu.
